All Assistants have a First Aid Training with the Ethiopian Red Cross.
ETAGHEGN Teacher assistant
Etaghegn has a lengthy experience as nanny with expatriate families, moreover she took a course for nanny here in Addis Ababa. Etaghegn speaks a good English and understands a bit of Italian. She is very kind, meticulous in her work and looks after all the children with great care. Etaghegn helps with the Stars circle time.
Etaghegn is currently on sick-leave due to a long-term rehabilitation program after an illness. We can't wait to see Etaghegn fully recovered and hopefully back to Humpty Dumpty with us.
SAMRAWIT Teacher assistant
Samrawit has a degree in computer science and is continuing her studies in engineering. She is a young and energetic girl, with experience working with expatriate families. She is very passionate about children and loves working and spending time with them. Samri loves sport and learning new things. Samri helps with the Twinkles circle time.
TSEGHE Teacher assistant
Tseghe has a diploma as teacher from Kotebe college in Addis Ababa. She has been working with Humpty Dumpty from the beginning. Tseghe is very careful, fun to play with and looks after the small children with great care. She helps the Twinkle group during circle time.
NEBRET (NINNI) Teacher assistant
Ninni has a lengthy experience as nanny with expatriate families and also abroad, moreover she has a certificate for nanny. Ninni speaks Arabic fluently and can communicate in English. She is very kind and loving and looks after all the children with great care. Ninni helps with the Twinkle circle time.
Mery Teacher assistant
Mery has worked many years with HD looking after the younger children. She is very sweet and resourceful, always happy and cheerful.
She attended a training on basic First Aid, basic injury and infection prevention, and hygiene and safety. She is also studying to get her diploma. Mery helps with the Stars circle time.

OUR COOKING & CLEANING TEAM
TEBE ~ Cook and Cleaner. Tebe supervises the cleaning team and makes sure the school is spotless. She is also in charge of the menu, she has a training in Food Preparation, many years of experience also with expat families and prepares delicious and healthy meals for the children.

Ato Yitaghesu is our Accountant and Administrator. You will meet him in the office when payments are due, or if you need to talk to him.
OUR ACCOUNTANT
UENDIM (Left) & NAZIF (Right)
Guards. They check at all times who comes in and who goes out. They help directing traffic when parents/drivers come at drop off/picking up. They are very nice with the children and make sure they do not get hurt while playing outside. They love to play with children.
