Our Teachers
SARA
As the School Director and Lead Teacher, Sara possesses extensive experience working with children and youth. She holds a Master’s Degree in Languages and Literatures and is a qualified English Teacher. Her specialized early childhood credentials include an International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy from Montessori St. Nicholas (London, UK), alongside numerous certifications in advanced early childhood approaches—with a strong focus on the Reggio Emilia Approach (completed through Zero Sei Planet, ICS, and Fairy Dust Teaching). Certified in First Aid, Sara professionally oversees and supervises all educational activities at Humpty Dumpty.

ZERIHUN
Our General Manager has a degree in Business Management. Zerihun is Sara’s husband and proud father of Nicholas (our very first ‘student’ at Humpty Dumpty).
BEZA
Beza holds a one-year Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy, specialized training in the Reggio Emilia Approach, and a First Aid certification from the Ethiopian Red Cross Society. She is fluent in English and has a foundational understanding of French and Dutch. Known for her sweet, energetic personality and great sense of humor, Beza is deeply passionate about working with children. While she supports all age groups at the school, she focuses primarily on the Stars (18 months to 3 years) and the Bingoes (4 to 6 years) during circle time.
REMZA
Remza holds a BA in Natural Resource Management, complemented by specialized training in early childhood education, including an AMI online course in Montessori Pedagogy and training in the Reggio Emilia Approach. Her background in childcare began during her university years, where she worked as a babysitter for expatriate families. Remza speaks excellent English and brings her passion for books, music, and interactive play into the classroom. Certified in First Aid by the Ethiopian Red Cross, she primarily supports the Stars (ages 2–3) and the Twinkles (ages 3–4) during circle time.
MAHLET
Mahlet holds a BA in English, a 15 hours training in Playful Literacies and has completed a specialized six-week training course on creative play and learning with Abracadabra Learning. She is also certified in First Aid by the Ethiopian Red Cross Society. Creative, energetic, and highly resourceful, Mahlet brings extensive experience as a nanny working with international families. She loves incorporating arts and crafts, music, and books into her daily activities, and she actively guides the Bingoes group (ages 4–5) during circle time.
DIANA
Diana brings valuable experience as a former kindergarten teacher, alongside a strong medical foundation as a trained nurse. A multi-talented educator, she also holds diplomas in both dance and pastry arts, and is certified in First Aid by the Ethiopian Red Cross Society. Creative and inspiring, Diana loves helping children express their unique talents and imagination. She actively guides the Twinkles (ages 3–4) and the Bingoes (ages 4–6) during circle time.
SAMRAWIT
Samry holds a Degree in Computer Science alongside a Diploma in Child Care from the Alexander Institute. Exceptionally passionate about working with children, she brings a dynamic energy to the classroom. Outside of teaching, Samri has a deep love for sports and music, and she actively guides the Stars group (ages 2–3) during circle time.
