Our Teachers
SARA
School Director and Teacher. Sara has a lengthy experience of working with children and youth. She has a Master Degree in Languages and Literatures and qualified as an English Teacher; an International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy with Montessori St. Nicholas, London (UK); various trainings and
certificates related to teaching children, especially Reggio Emilia Pedadogy (with Zero Sei Planet, ICS and Fairy Dust Teaching) and a First Aid Course. Sara supervises all the activities at Humpty Dumpty.

ZERIHUN
Our General Manager has a degree in Business Management. Zerihun is Sara’s husband and proud father of Nicholas (our very first ‘student’ at Humpty Dumpty).
CRISTINA
KG Curriculum and Communication Coordinator. Cristina has extensive experience in managing and supporting training development centres and organisations supervising curriculum standards and internal trainings (she has worked at Universities, Research Institutes, Schools). At Humpty Dumpty, Cristina will act as a facilitator in school, and as a communication coordinator between Teachers and Parents. She will work on translating our school’s vision for creative learning into practical implementation and ensuring it is integrated into the wider practice of our school.
BEZA
Teacher. Beza has a 1 year Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy, a training in Reggio Emilia Pedagogy and a first Aid Training course with the Ethiopian Red Cross. She is fluent in English and understands a bit of French and Dutch. She is very sweet, energetic and has a nice sense of humour, and loves being with children.
She follows all the groups, with more emphasis on the Stars (18 months to 3) and Bingoes (4 to 6) during circle time.
REMZA
Teacher. Remza has a BA in Natural Resource Management, a short online training in Montessori Pedagogy with AMI and a Training in Reggio Emilia Pedagogy. While studying at University she worked as babysitter for expatriate families. Remza has a very good English, loves books, music and playing with children. She has a First Aid Certificate with the Ethiopian Red Cross.
She follows children aged 2-3 (Stars) and 3-4 (Twinkles) during circle time.
Mahlet
Teacher. Mahlet has a BA in English and took a six-week training course on creative play and learning with Abracadabra Learning. She also took a
First Aid Training with the Ethiopian Red Cross. Mahlet is friendly and
energetic, has a lengthy experience in working as a nanny with foreign families, she loves art and craft, music and books.
Mahlet follows age 4-5 (Bingoes) during circle time.
Diana
Teacher. Diana has a previous experience as a KG teacher. She completed her studies as a nurse and cultivated her passions for dance and cake preparation, getting a diploma in both. She also took a First Aid Training with the Ethiopian Red Cross. She is very creative and loves to inspire children to express their talents and their immagination.
Diana follows age 4-6 (Bingoes) and 3-4 (Twinkles) during circle time and will also be in charge of two afternoon labs (cooking and art & craft).
OXANA
Teacher. Oxana is an energetic sport a Zumba teacher and a mother of two. She has a training in Reggio Emilia pedagogy and helps tailoring physical
activities for all the children. She also loves theatre, music and dance and she combines all in many creative experiences at school.
Oxana follows age 2-3 (Stars) during circle time.
